Shipping to Bermuda

The print traffic manager will contact all filmmakers and/or distributors to provide you with detailed instructions on the preferred method of shipping film prints and tapes to Bermuda should your film be selected to screen at BIFF 2008. 

Key Points

Please ship your print/tape by courier to arrive in Bermuda by 1 March 2008.  DO NOT SEND BY POST.  Let us know as soon as possible if it cannot be here on that date!  Please courier to:

We would ask that you use UPS, if possible.

Your print/tape  will be inspected by HM Customs upon entry to Bermuda and, to avoid any unnecessary delays – IMPORTANT – please download, print on your letterhead and complete the commercial invoice, which must be included with the shipment.

We can use the following formats:

35mm Film
BetaSP NTSC

If you can not ship one of these two formats, please let us know immediately.
